Ingredients
- 4 - Eggs
- 80g - Melted Butter
- 120g - Mozzarella
- 30g - Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp - Baking Powder
- 60g - Feta
- Topping - Sesame Seed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 360 F (180 C) Beat eggs in a bowl, using a whisk ( no mixer needed). Slowly add the melted butter, whisking to incorporate. Add the cheeses (mozzarella, feta and cream cheese), stir to combine. Then add the baking powder and whisk. Grease a 8×8 -inch square baking dish with butter and pour the mixture inside. Top with sesame seeds (optional). Bake for 20 minutes, until golden. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes inside the pan, then cut into pieces and serve. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
